Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. However, we offer exchanges within 14 days of purchase at both store locations. If you cannot find something to exchange, we also offer a gift voucher that is valid for up to 12 months.

All you need to do is follow these steps:

All goods will be inspected on return and must meet the following criteria:

  • All original tags must be attached
  • You must have proof or receipt or in bank statement
  • All items must be returned in the same condition as they were received
  • All items have not been worn
  • All items are free of any odours

Do you buy vintage clothes from customers?

Unfortunately, we don't currently buy vintage clothes from customers.

Are you currently hiring?

We will post all open positions on Instagram otherwise we will not respond to any emails or messages regarding job offers.

Do you offer exchanges/ refunds?

Do you lend vintage clothes to stylists?

Unfortunately, we no longer offer vintage clothing rental to stylists. However, you can email us at hello@nottoosweetvintage.com if it is for a major publication.

Are you accepting new upcycling designers to your store?

Yes, we are! If you are an upcycling designer based in Berlin, you can email your portfolio to hello@nottoosweetvintage.com and we will let you know if there are any open spaces available.

    walked past the shop a few times but never went inside but today a friend convinced me to go in and i was not disappointed! there's beautiful items on every rack, the employees had good vibes and were so kind and patient, there's a couple of different sellers in the shop so you get a good variety of unique pieces. everything is in TOP condition and clean. this visit really made me wanna spice up my wardrobe. thanks for the cute experience 🤍
