What if I lost/ forgot an item at one of your stores?

Sorry you lost/ forgot an item at one of our stores. You can contact us via our contact form or email hello@nottoosweetvintage.com and mention a description of the item lost, date and which store you were at. Or you could try visiting the store again on opening hours as we have a "lost and found" drawer.

Do you buy vintage clothes from customers?

Unfortunately, we don't currently buy vintage clothes from customers.

Are you currently hiring?

We will post all open positions on Instagram otherwise we will not respond to any emails or messages regarding job offers.

Do you offer exchanges/ refunds?

We do not offer refunds. However, we do offer exchanges at both our store locations or a gift voucher that's valid for 12 months.

Do you lend vintage clothes to stylists?

Unfortunately, we no longer offer vintage clothing rental to stylists. However, you can email us at hello@nottoosweetvintage.com if it is for a major publication.

Are you accepting new upcycling designers to your store?

Yes, we are! If you are an upcycling designer based in Berlin, you can email your portfolio to hello@nottoosweetvintage.com and we will let you know if there are any open spaces available.
